Adam Gunn
Adam Gunn ( Adam Beattie Gunn ; born December 24, 1872 in Golspie , Sutherland , † 1934 ) was an American athlete of Scottish origin.
In 1901 and 1902 he was US champion in the all-around competition, a forerunner of today's decathlon .
At the Olympic Games in 1904 he won the silver medal in the same discipline behind the British Tom Kiely and ahead of his compatriot Truxtun Hare .
