Adam Langley-Khan (born May 24, 1985 in Bridlington ) is a former British - Pakistani racing driver . Khan drove with a Pakistani racing license from 2005.

Racing career

Khan began his motorsport career in 2001 in British Formula Ford , where he was runner-up right away. The following year he took part in a Spanish Formula 3 race. In winter 2002/2003 the young racing driver took part in the British Formula 3 winter championship. In 2003 Khan competed in several Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup races as well as two German Formula 3 races . The following season, Khan was active for half a season in the B-class of the British Formula 3 Championship and was sixth in the overall standings. In 2005 he took part in some races of the German Formula 3 and the B class of the British Formula 3 Championship. In the following 2005/2006 A1GP season , Khan started for the Pakistani team . After a break, the racing driver also competed for Pakistan in the 2007/2008 A1GP season . He was also active in two races for Arden International in the GP2 Asia series . In addition, Khan was active in the Euroseries 3000 in 2008 and secured third place in the overall standings with three wins.

After the driver's career

At the end of 2009 Khan ended his driving career and became the official driver for demonstration drives for the Renault F1 Team .
