Adam Marcus (* 1968 in Westport , Connecticut ) is an American director and screenwriter .

Life

Adam Marcus made his directorial debut in 1993 with Jason Goes to Hell . For the ninth part of the Friday 13th film series, he also developed the story and had a guest appearance as an actor. After that, he only returned to the film business in 1999 with the film Snow Days . For this work he also received a nomination for the Special Prize at the Deauville Film Festival in 2000. He also directed his second work and worked as an actor. With nine years distance, his third film was released Conspiracy - Conspiracy with Val Kilmer . Here, too, he had an appearance as an actor. In 2012 he made the short film Conected and co-wrote the script for Texas Chainsaw 3D in 2013 . He also directed the TV movie Fitz and Slade .
