The Adamson Spur is a mountain ridge in the Prince Charles Mountains of the east Antarctic Mac Robertson Land . It rises in the Pagodroma Gorge .

The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) named him in 2005 after the Australian biologist Donald Argyle Adamson (1931-2002) from Macquarie University , who was active in several campaigns in this area, in the Bunger Hills and in the Vestfold Mountains .
