Adaro (born July 29, 1980 in the Netherlands , real name Thijs Ploegmakers ) is a Dutch hardstyle DJ.

Career

After listening to Thunderball's "Bonzai Channel One" in 1993, he made the decision to produce music himself. In 2000 he started producing a wide variety of electronic music styles. In 2008 he started to make music together with Ran-D and in early 2009 their first track together was released on the label A² Records .

Appearances

Ploegmakers performed at many different hardstyle festivals, including Defqon.1 , Q-Base , The Qontinent and Dreamfields. For the Hardbass Festival 2018 he composed the official anthem of the event with the title "Black Rain" together with E-Life.

Others

Together with Ran-D, Ploegmakers is known under the name Gunz for Hire . Today he lives in Schaijk .
