The Adecco GmbH is a German subsidiary of Adecco Germany Holding that the Swiss Adecco , based in Zurich belongs. The personnel service provider has 100 branches and around 15,000 employees. Adecco Personaldienstleistungen GmbH includes the companies Adecco Business Solutions, CST Group and ProServ - production services and other personnel services.
history
Adecco Personaldienstleistungen originated in 1962 when the Swiss temporary employment agency Adia, founded in 1957, opened its first German branch in Hamburg. In 1996 Adia merged with the personnel service provider Ecco to form Adecco, whereby two of the three world's largest personnel service providers merged.
After the acquisition of DIS in 2006 and the Tuja Group in 2007, Adecco Germany Holding was founded in Germany. Adecco personnel services are also located under its umbrella.
In May 2018, Tuja Temporary Employment and Personnel Services were integrated into Adecco Personnel Services.

In addition to temporary employment, personnel recruitment , in-house outsourcing , service centers , health, safety & environment, consulting , on-site management and interim management belong to the area of activity. Adecco Personaldienstleistungen GmbH operates in the Industrial, Office and Medical & Science divisions.
Adecco Personaldienstleistungen is a member of the Federal Employers' Association of Personnel Service Providers and has applied the collective agreements for employees in temporary employment since the first contract of the BZA-DGB collective bargaining agreement came into force in 2004.
