Adelheid "Heidi" Brunner , née Grimm (born June 2, 1957 in Mitterfels ), is a German judoka . She is multiple German champion and medal winner at international championships and multiple German senior champion.

Brunner began judo in 1969 at TSV Mitterfels , which was her home club until February 1977 and from which she moved to the 1st JC Bogen . She currently competes for MTV Geismar from Göttingen. So far she has fought in the -48 kg and -52 kg weight classes.

On October 9, 1971, she was German youth champion in Gelsenkirchen. In the period between 1971 and 1986 she achieved a total of six first, three second and two third places at German championships. After a long break due to injury, she resumed training in 2004. In 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 she became German Senior Champion. Her greatest success is the 3rd place (48 kg) at the 1979 European Championships in Kerkrade , Holland. At the Senior World Championships 2011 in Frankfurt, she won the title in the class 55 / up to 48 kg .

Brunner has the first dan . She is a qualified chemist , has been married to the judoka Edgar Brunner since 1985 and is the mother of three daughters.
