Adi Rocha (civil: Adi Rocha Sobrinho Filho ; born December 15, 1985 in Riachão ) is a Brazilian football player who primarily acts as a center forward in attack .
Career
Adi Rocha was signed by the Linz athletes on loan from the Brazilian club Nacional AC from São Paulo in June 2007 . In Linz Adi Rocha couldn't get past Christian Mayrleb and Ivica Vastić , after which he moved to SK Austria Kärnten in summer 2008 , where he scored ten goals in 16 games and then some scouts noticed the Brazilian.
On December 22, 2008, Adi Rocha signed a contract dated from January 2009 to summer 2012 with the German Bundesliga club Energie Cottbus . However, he only came to one use and had to end the season early due to injury. Due to persistent cartilage damage, he also missed the next two seasons. Due to the injury, his contract was terminated in December 2011.
In January 2012 he was in the training camp of the relegation-threatened Romanian first division club CS Concordia Chiajna . With eight goals in 15 games, he made a large contribution to staying up.
In the summer of 2012 he joined the record champions Steaua Bucharest . There he was used in 16 games, scored nine goals and won the championship in 2013 .
On July 1, 2013, Adi Rocha changes to the current first place in the Japanese J. League Division 2 Gamba Osaka . With Gamba he made the promotion at the end of the season. His contract was not renewed and he was without engagement for half a year. In July 2014, the Lithuanian first division club VMFD Žalgiris Vilnius signed him . There he was able to score three goals in only three appearances and won the championship in 2014 . He then moved to Jiangxi Liansheng in the Chinese League One . There he had to relegate at the end of the 2015 season. Since then he has been without a club.
