Eagle catch
The eagle catch is a common figure in heraldry . A foot is represented with claws of a crest eagle , mostly in abstechender tincture . Often feathers are shown on the muzzle. The claw on a wing is particularly popular. This should be mentioned in the description of whether the wing points to the right or left with the Saxons . The depiction of the eagle catch in the coat of arms is also suitable for holding objects, especially weapons such as arrows.
The half flight eagle catch is the claw wing .
