Adolf Eckert

Adolf Eckert (* 1830 in Popiollen , East Prussia ; † 1916 in Königsberg i. Pr. ) Was a German farmer.

At the age of 23, Eckert took over the Czerwonken estate , which he managed in an exemplary manner until 1909. In 1889 he became landscape director for the Angerburg department . From 1890 to 1908 he was also a member of the General Fire Society. In 1895 he made a contribution to expanding the tax principles. Until the confirmation of the election of Wolfgang Kapp , he was director of the East Prussian General Landscape Directorate in 1905/06 . Under Kapp, his collaboration in the union of the landscape with the East Prussian fire society as well as in the establishment of the life insurance company of the East Prussian landscape was valuable.
