Adolf Goldfeder (* 1836 ; † May 30, 1896 in Warsaw ) was a Polish banker of Jewish origin.

Goldfeder was married to Rose Heyman (1839-1923). They had the sons Bolesław (Japanese consul and member of the board of the religious community in Warsaw), and Józef as well as the daughter Stephanie, the wife of Count Jerzy Skarbek.

In 1860 Goldfeder founded Dom Bankowy ; he gained the capital for this by winning the lottery. He ran the bank in Łódź together with his brother Maximilian.
