Adolf Schütz (politician)

Adolf Schütz (born March 28, 1938 in Laa an der Thaya ) is a former Austrian politician ( SPÖ ) and local health insurance employee. From 1986 to 1998 he was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament .

Life

Schütz attended secondary school after primary school and then graduated from an agricultural college. In 1965 he joined the Lower Austrian Regional Health Insurance Fund. He became involved in local politics from 1972 as a councilor in Laa an der Thaya and from 1975 to 1993 he held the office of Vice Mayor. On December 18, 1986, Schütz replaced Georg Stangl as a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament, to which he was a member until April 16, 1998.
