Adolf Wendhut

Adolf Wendhut (born October 2, 1885 in Göttingen ; † August 28, 1963 in Uelzen ) was a German architect .

Life

In the 1920s, Adolf Wendhut was the only freelance architect in Uelzen, he worked in an office community or partnership with Fritz Wolff. One of his most important works is the villa for Lilli Schaumann, a spacious brick building with expressionist style elements . In addition to those buildings that can be assigned to the New Building , he also built a number of agricultural facilities and model estates. Wendhut and Wolff were members of the Association of German Architects (BDA).
