Adolfo Alfredo Bollini (born May 11, 1905 in Buenos Aires , † after 1971) was an Argentine diplomat .

Life

Adolfo Alfredo Bollini studied in Switzerland, Argentina and Canada. He married Leonor Sarks Villegas. On June 10, 1927, their son Adolfo Marcos Bollini was born in Buenos Aires. He joined the foreign service in 1931. From 1931 to 1937 he was Vice Consul in New York City . From 1938 to 1942 he was consul in Liverpool . In 1945 he was consul in Chicago. From 1946 to 1947 he was consul in Baltimore. From 1948 to 1951 he was Consul General and Counselor in London. From 1952 to 1953 he was employed in the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs as deputy head of the Consular Affairs Department. From 1953 to 1954 he was Minister Counselor in Switzerland , in 1954 he was Consul General in Marseille . From 1955 he was consul general in Sydney . From 1966 to 1971 he was ambassador to New Delhi .
