Aeroports Públics de Catalunya is responsible for the implementation of research and development activities in the field of aerospace and the associated infrastructure, which in addition to the provision of technical services related to air traffic, also the planning, construction and management of airports and airfields and helipads in Catalonia . The organization is divided into the general assembly and the executive board, consisting of five to eleven members who are appointed by the general assembly.
