The Aerostyle Breezer is an aerodynamically controlled light aircraft that is classified as an ultralight , experimental or light sport aircraft . It is offered as a kit as well as fully assembled and with various motors (currently only Rotax motors ex works) and is also available as a banner and F-tow version.

history

The first flight of the Aerostyle Breezer developed by Ralf Magnussen took place on December 27, 1999. From January 1, 2004 Comco Ikarus temporarily sold the aircraft with Rotax engines, the variants with Jabiru engines were reserved for kit customers. The Breezer is currently being produced by Breezer Aircraft GmbH & Co. KG, which was founded in October 2006 ; the original manufacturer Aerostyle GmbH was liquidated on March 27, 2009. Since October 2009, a structurally reinforced version with Echo approval has been built with the Breezer B 600 , which has an eleven centimeters longer fuselage and a 68 cm larger wingspan as well as a Rotax 912 S drive .
