The African Motto FC is a football club from Oshakati in Namibia .
The club should play first class for the first time in the 2018/19 season, although they lost the promotion play-offs against Military School FC from Okahandja . Military School FC was not eligible to play in the first division as it belongs to the Namibian Defense Force , as does first division club Mighty Gunners . The statutes of the Namibia Football Association only allow one club of the same owner per league. After controversial discussions, African Motto finally lost the right to start in the Premier League at the end of September 2018.
