The 2018/19 Namibia Premier League season began on November 9, 2018 and lasted until May 26, 2019. The defending champions were the African Stars , the champions were Black Africa .

In July 2019, the FIFA Normalization Committee of the Namibia Football Association decided that there should be no promotions or relegations after this season.

Young Africans were banned from playing on January 21, 2019. All results against the Young Africans were deleted.
