The Girabola 2018/19 was the 41st season of the Girabola , the highest Angolan league for football men. 16 teams took part, each of which competed against each other twice. The season began on October 27, 2018 and ended with the last game of the 30th match day on May 19, 2019. The most important change was the adjustment to the European season, which means that the Girabola is not played in a calendar year for the first time, but between autumn and spring has been.
The CD Primeiro de Agosto from the capital Luanda defended its title in the end and also won the Angolan Cup .
