The Girabola 2018 was the 40th season of the Girabola , the highest Angolan league for football men. 16 teams took part, each of which competed against each other twice. The season started on February 10, 2018 and ended with matchday 30, which was played from August 29 to September 2, 2018.

The CD Primeiro de Agosto from the capital Luanda competed as defending champion, Atlético Petróleos Luanda competed as the current cup winner. While Primeiro de Agosto was able to defend his title again, the trophy was not played this year.

The JGM do Huambo withdrew its participation in the league on April 27 for financial reasons, so that all of its previous games were canceled. The club finished the preseason already on a relegation zone, but remained in the Girabola as 14th after Progresso da Lunda Sul was disqualified.
