CAF Super Cup 2007
The 15th edition of the competition took place in February 2007 between the winner of the CAF Champions League 2006 Al-Ahly Cairo (Egypt) and the winner of the CAF Confederation Cup 2006 Étoile Sportive du Sahel from Sousse (Tunisia). Al-Ahly was able to defend its title from the previous year as the second team at all and won his third Supercup title after 2002 and 2006 on his fourth appearance in the final.

CAF Super Cup 2011
The 19th draw of the competition took place in January 2011 between the winner of the CAF Champions League 2010 TP Mazembe from Lubumbashi (DR Congo) and the winner of the CAF Confederation Cup 2010 FUS de Rabat (Morocco). TP Mazembe was the third team to defend its title from the previous year after FC Enyimba (Nigeria) in 2004, 2005 and Al-Ahly (Egypt) in 2006, 2007.
