society

Idrissa Coulibaly began his career at the Center Salif Keita when he was ten . In 2006, some of his teammates got the chance to play in the first team, but Coulibaly initially didn't. He then left the club and joined another local club. 15 days later, the Center Salif Keita came up to him again and pulled Coulibaly up to their first team. In the winter of 2008 he received offers from larger Malian clubs such as AS Real Bamako and Djoliba AC , but also from the French club FC Nantes and the Algerian club JS Kabylie .

On January 7, 2008, he finally moved to JS Kabylie , where he signed a three-year contract. In his first season he and his team celebrated winning the Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1 in 2007/08. On December 14, 2010 he was voted the best player of the season. Eight days later it was reported that Coulibaly had signed a one and a half year contract with the Libyan association Al-Ahly Tripoli . But he denied this rumor, he had only signed a preliminary contract, but was still undecided about his new club.

On August 6, 2011, he moved to the Tunisian club Espérance Tunis . On November 12th, he celebrated his first title by winning the 2011 CAF Champions League . In September 2012 he was about to move to FC Istres , but this did not materialize. For this he was awarded to Lekhwiya for five months .

In June 2013 he signed a two-year contract with the Moroccan club Raja Casablanca . But after only one season, Coulibaly moved to league rivals Hassania d'Agadir .

National team

On June 17, 2007, Coulibaly made his international debut in a 6-0 win over Sierra Leone during qualification for the 2008 African Cup of Nations . He was also part of the 23-strong Mali squad for the 2012 African Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea and Gabon , but was not used in any game.
