Noumandiez Doué

Noumandiez Désiré Doué (born September 29, 1970 ) is an Ivorian football referee .

He has been a FIFA referee since 2004 . Doué has directed games at the 2010 , 2012 and 2013 African Championships . In 2011 he was also involved in the U-20 World Cup and the Club World Cup and was in charge of the CAF Champions League final . In 2013 he again took part in the U-20 World Cup . He also directed qualifying games for the 2010 and 2014 World Championships . In 2011 he was named Africa's Referee of the Year by the CAF. At the 2014 World Cup , he headed two group stage games.
