Nawaf Abdullah Ghayyath Shukralla ( Arabic نواف عبد الله غياث شكر الله, DMG Nawāf ʿAbd Allāh Ġayyāṯ Šukr Allāh ; Born October 13, 1976 ) is a Bahraini football referee .

Career

Shukralla has been a FIFA referee since January 2008 and is therefore authorized to direct international matches. At the 2009 Golf Cup , he led his first international game on January 8, 2009 with the preliminary round match between Saudi Arabia and Yemen (6-0). Shukralla is also a regular player in continental club competitions such as the AFC Cup and the AFC Champions League , in 2013 he led the second leg of the Champions League final between Guangzhou Evergrande and FC Seoul (1-1). In 2012 and 2016, the Bahraini was game director at the FIFA Club World Cup .

Shukralla also took part as a referee at the U-16 Asian Cup 2010 (five appearances), the Asian Cup 2011 (two appearances), the U-20 World Cup 2013 (three appearances), the U-19 Asian Cup 2014 (two appearances), the 2015 Asian Cup (three appearances) - here he was in charge of the third place match between Iraq and the United Arab Emirates (2: 3) -, the 2017 U-17 World Cup (three appearances), the U-23- Asian Cup 2018 (one mission) and the Asian Cup 2019 (two missions).

At the Soccer World Cup in Brazil in 2014 and at the Soccer World Cup in Russia in 2018 , the Bahraini was in charge of two group matches.
