Abdulrahman Al-Jassim

Abdulrahman Al-Jassim ( Arabic عبد الرحمن الجاسم, DMG ʿAbd ar-Raḥmān al-Ǧāsim ; Born October 14, 1987 ) is a Qatari football referee .

Career

Al-Jassim has been leading football matches since 2007 and has been a FIFA referee since 2013 .

It was used at the 2015 U-17 World Cup , 2017 U-20 World Cup and 2017 FIFA Club World Cup .

In April 2018 he was appointed by FIFA as one of 13 video referees for the 2018 World Cup . He is the only video assistant provided by the Asian Football Association . Al-Jassim had previously worked as a video assistant at the Qatar Cup and Emir of Qatar Cup in his home country .
