Andrés Cunha (born September 8, 1976 ) is a Uruguayan football referee .

Since the 2010/11 season, Cunha has been leading games in the Uruguayan Primera División and international games since 2013. Since then, he has worked at the Copa América 2015 and 2016 and the Copa Libertadores 2015 to 2018 . In 2017 he whistled three games in the 2017 U-20 World Cup in South Korea .

Cunha and his assistants Mauricio Espinosa and Nicolas Taran were one of 36 referee teams at the 2018 World Cup in Russia . He headed two preliminary round matches and the semi-finals between France and Belgium (1-0).
