The 14th U-16 Asian Football Championship was held in 2010 in Uzbekistan . The tournament started on October 24th and ended on November 7th . The winner was North Korea by a 2: 0 win over the hosts . The two finalists qualified with the two losing semi-finalists Australia and Japan for the 2011 U-17 World Cup .
