The fourth U-16 soccer Asian championship was held in 1990 in the United Arab Emirates . The tournament started on October 19th and ended on October 29th . The winner was Qatar with a 2: 0 victory against the hosts . The two finalists and third China qualified for the U-17 World Cup in 1991 .
