The eleventh U-17 Asian Football Championship was held in 2004 in Japan . The tournament started on September 4th and ended on September 18th . Winner was China with a 1: 0 victory over South Korea . With the Third Qatar, the two finalists qualified for the U-17 World Cup in 2005 .
