Amstel League 2017/18

The 2017/18 Amstel League was the 53rd edition of the football championship in Burundi . The title won the first time the club Le Messager FC de Ngozi . It was only the second time that a club outside the largest city of Bujumbura was able to win the championship. The clubs AS Inter Star , Les Jeunes Athlétiques and Delta Star FC had to relegate . The clubs were replaced by the newly promoted Rukinzo FC , Kayanza United and Bumamuru Standard FC .
