Bishop Bullwinkle (actually Bernard Thomas ; born August 22, 1948 in Tampa - † June 16, 2019 ) was an American pastor and singer.

He achieved national popularity , especially in the USA with his song Hell 2 Da Naw Naw , which was seen millions of times on Youtube .
