Agência Noticiosa de Timor-Leste
The Agência Noticiosa de Timor-Leste ANTIL ( German News Agency of East Timor ) is the state news agency of East Timor . Its operation was officially started on July 27, 2016 in the state capital Dili . The agency is located in the government palace at Largo Infante D Hernique .

The ANTIL offers news in Tetum , Portuguese and English from the national and municipal level of the country. In addition to texts, the agency also delivers photos and videos. The content of the ANTIL website can also be accessed with a smartphone using an app.
The ANTIL has been planned by the government since March 2015, on February 3, 2016 the creation of the East Timorese cabinet was decided and the decision was published on March 16 in Jornal da República 9/2016.
Then ANTIL became a member of Aliança das Agências de Informação de Língua Portuguesa (ALP), the association of Portuguese-language news agencies.
