Agora (Darknet Market)
Agora was a darknet market operated as a hidden service in the Tor network , in which illegal drugs , weapons and various digital goods were traded in particular . The crypto currency Bitcoin was used exclusively as a means of payment .
After Agora had been by far the largest darknet market since the fall of its competitor Evolution in March 2015, the platform was taken offline by the operator in September of the same year due to weaknesses in Tor “until further notice”.
