Ahmet Ceylani Tuğrul

Ahmet Ceylani Tuğrul (born December 21, 1950 in Anamur , Turkey ) is a Turkish lawyer . He was Secretary General at the Court of Cassation of Turkey from 2007 to 2009 .

Career

Tuğrul completed his law degree at Ankara University in 1973 and then worked as a public prosecutor in Kars and Gaziantep and as a general prosecutor in Adana , Aydın and Tarsus .

On March 21, 2000, he was elected as a member and on May 11, 2007 as Secretary General of the Court of Cassation.
