Ahsan Manzil ( Bengali : আহসান মঞ্জিল , Āhsān Mañjil ) is the former residence of the Nawab of Dhaka .

The pink palace is located on the Buriganga River and is used as a museum. The construction work began under Nawab Khwaja Abdul Ghani in 1859 and was not completed until 1872. Abdul Ghani named the magnificent building after his son Khwaja Ahsanullah.

In 1906 the All India Muslim League (German Muslim League ) was founded in Ahsan Manzil .
