Aide-toi et le ciel t'aidera [ ɛdˈtwa eləˈsjɛl teˈdʀa ] ( French , " Help yourself, God will help you ") is the motto of the society of the same name, founded in 1827 by the doctor Ulysse Trélat throne of Charles X in France in 1824 to protect the Constitution against the absolutist ambitions of the leaders of the liberal party, François Guizot , Tanneguy Duchâtel , de Prosper Duvergier Hauranne , Joubert u. a., was founded.
