The Aiguilles Rouges d'Arolla are a mountain range in the canton of Valais between Arolla and Lac des Dix . It reaches a height of 3646 m above sea level. M.
A distinction is made between three peaks, with the notch between the central main peak and the north peak ( 3594 m above sea level ) being only slightly pronounced. The south summit ( 3584 m above sea level ) is clearly set off and the ascent over the ridge is peppered with many gendarmes . Really worthwhile is only the total crossing of the ridge (IV + (position), otherwise III and II).
