Aileen Geving  (* 13 February 1987 in Duluth as  Aileen Sormunen ) is an American curler . She is currently playing second in Nina Roth's team .

Geving won the US Junior Championships in 2004 and 2007 as Skip and qualified for the Junior World Championships in the same year. At both world championships she came in fourth place.

In 2015 she was the skip of the American women's team at the 2015 World Cup , where she came in tenth place. In the same year, moved to Nina Roth's team as a second. At the 2017 World Cup , she finished fifth with this team.

Geving has competed in the American championships with different teams and in different positions and won four times silver (2010, 2013, 2016 and 2017) and three times bronze (2008, 2012 and 2015).

In November 2017 she won the American Olympic Team Trials with Nina Roth's team and participated with her teammates ( Skip : Nina Roth, Third : Tabitha Peterson , Lead : Becca Hamilton ) for the USA at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang . The US team finished the tournament in eighth place after four wins and five losses in the Round Robin .

Private life

Geving is married and works for an insurance agency.
