Aino Taube , married Aino Taube-Henrikson (born July 11, 1912 in Espergærde on Zealand , Denmark , † June 3, 1990 in Stockholm , Sweden ) was a Swedish film and theater actress .

Life

Aino Taube attended the drama school of the Royal Dramatic Theater in Stockholm, the Dramatens elevskola , from 1930 to 1932 . She was also engaged in this theater from 1955 to 1988. She made her film debut in 1931 in the feature film Skepparkärlek . In 1981 she was awarded the O'Neill Scholarship .

family

Aino Taube was the daughter of the actor Mathias Taube (1867-1934), who was a cousin of Evert Taube , and his wife, the journalist Ella Ekman-Hansen (1884-1966). She was married from 1940 to the actor and director Anders Henrikson (1896-1965). Her son Mathias Henrikson (1940-2005) was also an actor.
