Ainsley Armstrong
Ainsley Edward Armstrong (born December 27, 1952 in Arima ) is a former sprinter from Trinidad and Tobago .
At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, he reached the quarter-finals over 100 m and the semi- finals over 200 m .
In 1976 he reached the semi-finals at the Olympic Games in Montreal over 100 m. Over 200 m he did not reach the finish line in advance.
He is married to the American sprinter Debra Armstrong (née Edwards). Their son, Aaron Armstrong , won an Olympic silver medal in the 4 x 100 meter relay in 2008.
