Ajiona Alexus (* 16th March 1996 in Tuskegee , Alabama as Ajiona Alexus Brown ) is an American actress .

life and career

Ajiona Alexus was born in Tuskegee, Alabama, USA. After school she attended the Alabama School of Fine Arts , from which she graduated with a Masters in Theater .

In 2012, at the age of 16, Alexus took on her first acting role as De'Anna on The Ricky Smiley Show , which she played until 2014. This was followed by guest appearances on the series Grey's Anatomy and Code Black . From 2016 to 2017 she starred as Loretha in her teenage years, played adult by Taraji P. Henson , in the series Empire . In 2017, she played a supporting role as Sheri Holland in the Netflix series Dead Girls Don't Lie . She also took on a supporting role in the series Easy as a Feather and Marvel's Runaways .
