Akaʻaka is a village in the district of Hahake in the Kingdom of Uvea , which belongs to France as part of the French overseas territory of Wallis and Futuna .

location

Aka'aka is located in the east of the Hahake district on the coast and borders directly on Mata-Utu in the south and Liku in the north . The island on which the village is located, Uvea , is part of the Wallis Islands .

Due to its central location near the capital, Aka'aka has several hotels (e.g. the Hotel Lomipeau and Moana Hou Hôtel ) and a hospital , the Hôpital de Sia. In addition, the chapel 'Aka'Aka is located in the village as a village chapel .
