Akvilė Paražinskaitė (born November 29, 1996 in Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian tennis player .

Career

Paražinskaitė started tennis at the age of five and, according to the ITF profile, prefers to play on a hard court. So far, she has won a double title at tournaments on the ITF Women's World Tennis Tour .

At the Wimbledon Championships 2013 she competed in both the junior singles and the junior doubles , but lost in both competitions in the first round.

At the French Open 2014 she reached the second round in the junior singles with a 6: 2 and 6: 2 victory over Anna Kalinskaja , where she then lost to Fiona Ferro with 1: 6 and 3: 6. At the 2014 Summer Youth Olympic Games , she competed in all three competitions and won the bronze medal in both the girls 'singles and, together with her partner Jeļena Ostapenko, in the girls' doubles . In mixed she was eliminated with her Croatian partner Nino Serdarušić brerits in the first round.

In 2012 , 2014 and 2016 she competed a total of eleven times for the Lithuanian Fed Cup team and won eleven of her 15 matches, seven in singles and four in doubles.
