Anna Nikolajewna Kalinskaja ( Russian Анна Николаевна Калинская , English spelling Anna Kalinskaya ; born December 2, 1998 in Moscow ) is a Russian tennis player .

Career

Kalinskaya, who prefers to play on hard courts, started playing tennis at the age of five.

In January 2016, she won the junior title at the Australian Open in doubles alongside Tereza Mihalíková . In the final they defeated Dajana Jastremska / Anastasia Zarycká 6-1 and 6-1.

She has already won seven ITF tournaments in singles and nine in doubles.

At the hard court tournament in Moscow in 2016 , she played in the main draw of a WTA tournament for the first time. She lost her first round encounter against Kristina Mladenovic 4: 6 and 2: 6.

In February 2017 she played for the Russian Fed Cup team for the first time against Taiwan in Moscow . In her Fed Cup balance sheet she has one win and no losses.
