Dalila Jakupović (born March 24, 1991 in Jesenice ) is a Slovenian tennis player .

Career

Jakupović learned to play tennis at the age of six, she prefers hard courts according to the ITF player profile. So far, she has mainly played in tournaments of the ITF Women's Circuit , where she has already won five singles and eight doubles titles.

She played her first professional tournament in March 2008 in Antalya . She won her first game on the ITF Circuit in July 2008 in Bucharest . With the quarter-finals in Mytilini , she was led in the world rankings for the first time in September 2008 . She reached her first final in September 2009 in Bangalore ; the first tournament victory she achieved in March 2012 in Aurangabad , when she defeated Peangtarn Plipuech in the final 6: 4 and 7: 5.

In 2013, at the Schönbusch Open in Aschaffenburg , she made her first finals in a $ 25,000 tournament; they lost to Maša Zec Peškirič 4: 6 and 4: 6.
