The ITF Aschaffenburg (officially: Schönbusch Open - international Bavarian championships for women ) is a tennis tournament of the ITF Women's Circuit , which has been held on the grounds of the TC Schönbusch Aschaffenburg since 2010 . The first Schönbusch Open took place in 2008 and was held as a combined national prize money tournament. In the second year it was decided to upgrade the men's tournament (US $ 10,000 US ITF Future Tour ), before specializing in the women's competition since 2010.
