The Alamein Range is a mountain range west of the Canham Glacier in the Freyberg Mountains .
The northern group of a campaign carried out from 1963 to 1964 as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition named the range in memory of the participation of the British General Bernard Freyberg, 1st Baron Freyberg and the New Zealand Expeditionary Force under him in the First and Second Battles from El Alamein in 1942.
