The Canham Glacier is a 50 km long glacier in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows from the northwestern part of the Evans Firnfield between the Alamein Range and the Salamander Range of the Freyberg Mountains to the Rennick Glacier , which it reaches west of Bowers Peak .
The area was mapped through the United States Geological Survey and aerial photography from the United States Navy from 1960 to 1962. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the glacier in 1964 after Lieutenant Commander David W. Canham Jr. (1920–1986), duty officer of the United States Navy's aviation readiness at McMurdo Sound in 1956.
