Albert Einsiedler

Albert Einsiedler (* 1914 ; † 1970 ) was a German ministerial official.

Career

Einsiedler initially pursued a higher civil service career with the Deutsche Reichsbahn . After returning home from Soviet captivity in 1949, he was head of Section 4 from 1950 (responsible, among other things, for civil service law issues, social law issues, refugee issues and burden compensation, as well as for legal issues and legal opinions for the areas of the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Federal Ministry of Finance, BMWi, Federal Ministry of Justice and various other departments) in the Federal President's Office .

In 1957 he took over the management of department 3 (among other things responsible for legislative and administrative matters from the divisions of the BMBR, BMI [Department I], BMWi, BML, BMA, BMVg, BMZ, BMWo, BMAt, BMG, later also changing other departments , Personal details, salary, questions of public service law, nomination and dismissal proposals). From 1932, Einsiedler was a member of the Catholic student union AV Guestfalia Tübingen .
