Albert Kusilowi ( Georgian ალბერტ კუზილოვი ; born February 5, 1985 ) is a Georgian weightlifter .

Career

Kusilowi ​​reached twelfth place at the European Championships in 2006 and tenth place in the class up to 94 kg at the World Championships . At the 2007 World Championships he was 13th in the class up to 105 kg. In 2008 he participated in the Olympics in part in Beijing, where he finished sixth. At the 2009 World Championships , he won bronze. However, he was tested positive for metandienone during the doping control and banned for two years. After his suspension, he won bronze in the snatch at the 2013 European Championships , but he had no valid attempt in pushing. He also failed to make a valid attempt in pushing at the 2014 World Championships .
